Product Development
TecQuipment operates a continual product improvement process to ensure that our teaching equipment stays ahead of the competition and meets our customers’ needs. Our product ranges are reviewed in line with worldwide curricula and hence regularly updated and new products developed. Manufacturing at our UK facility enables our in-house engineering team to work alongside our production workforce to ensure that quality products are designed and built to give end users many years of safe, accurate and reliable usage.

Automatic Data Acquisition
We have developed our unique Versatile Data Acquisition System (VDAS®) which is compatible with many products throughout our ranges. This enables our equipment to be easily connected to a computer and provide accurate real-time data capture. Raw data can be transformed instantly into sophisticated graphs and tables using the VDAS® software and easily exported to other programs. All equipment is high quality, offering best value for money. We are accredited to the international quality standard BS EN ISO 9001 and products are built to meet the latest European Union safety directives. We have invested significantly in a new management information system which will enable us to become more effective in delivering both products and information to our customers. All TecQuipment products include high-quality user guides, which provide relevant theory, technical information and experiments. The comprehensive level of support helps students understand the principles involved with each experiment, enabling them to put theory into practice.

We are committed to customer service and support and therefore, wherever you are located, our worldwide network of over 90 agents ensures support is available. We select our local representatives carefully to ensure they meet our high standards of service. Alternatively, you can deal directly with the TecQuipment Customer Care team in the UK and our dedicated staff will be pleased to respond to any enquiries you may have. TecQuipment products carry a two-year parts and labour warranty. We also provide an installation, commissioning and training service (either on-site or at our premises) for any customers who require additional assistance. Packing and Shipping We have a dedicated Shipping department to ensure all orders are suitably packed and delivered on time.
